Nikolaj Bak-Christensen
Nikolaj is a corporate attorney and provides specialised legal services to companies and organisations. Nikolaj has extensive experience with foundations, M&A, real estate and litigation.
Nikolaj holds a Graduate Diploma in Finance with honours from Copenhagen Business School. Furthermore, Nikolaj has worked in the Danish Ministry of Justice, widely considered the most prestigious ministry in Denmark for legal practitioners. In the Danish Ministry of Justice Nikolaj worked intensively with various legal subjects including some of the largest foundations in Denmark.
